Salsa Fiesta 2008

The 4th Annual Salsa Fiesta, dubbed “A Hot Time in Old Town,” took place Saturday, August 16th in Albuquerque’s Old Town.

This year's event featured over 50 "Homemade Salsa" contestants along with 10 commercial salsa contentstants.

HOMEMADE SALSA WINNERS:

1st place.....Analisa Cordoba with Mama's Sassy Mango Salsa $1,000. cash prize
2nd place....Miranda Lopez with Miranda's Salsa $500. cash prize
3rd place.....Catharine Sandoval with Lola's "Hot Love" Salsa $250. cash prize
